ABOUT FASHION HOTEL THE EXCHANGE
Hotel The Exchange is a fashion hotel in the centre of Amsterdam with unique rooms ranging from 1-to-5 stars. Our rooms are diverse, inspiring and reflect the surroundings of the hotel, the Damrak, the main catwalk of Amsterdam centre. Rooms are dressed like models on the runway by young fashion designers from the Amsterdam Fashion Institute (AMFI), allowing you to sleep in fashion and wake up in style.
HOTEL IN THE CENTRE OF AMSTERDAM
Hotel The Exchange is located in the centre of Amsterdam, within walking distance of the masterpieces in the Rijksmuseum, the history of the Anne Frank House and the best restaurants and cafes. Tour boats are docked within a few-minutes' walk from our front door. The well-loved '9 Streets' shopping area is a 15-minute walk from the hotel.
THE ROOMS
We offer 61 unique rooms located in three buildings, the oldest building dates back to the 17th century. Each room at Hotel The Exchange has its own story and is designed by young fashion designers from the Amsterdam Fashion Institute (AMFI). Rooms range from 1-to-5 stars. The star rating says something about the size, the amenities, the view and the design of the room. Dream away in a suite inspired by Marie Antoinette or wake up under the collar of Rembrandt. Breakfast is served daily at Café STOCK.
CAFÉ STOCK
Located next to the hotel and open every day, Café STOCK is the perfect place to start a new day in the centre of Amsterdam. On the menu you’ll find local and healthy products like smoothies, homemade bread and pancakes. We also serve coffee, wine and beer to start of your weekend in Amsterdam.
TICKETS & TOURS IN AMSTERDAM
From Hotel The Exchange it’s a short trip to a diverse selection of museums. You can either walk, take the bike or get there via public transport. The waiting time at the entrance of popular museums such as The Rijksmuseum and Van Gogh Museum can be long. You can buy tickets for different museums at our reception to avoid the queues. We sell entrance tickets for the following museums:

THE ORIGINS OF FASHION HOTEL THE EXCHANGE
Hotel The Exchange in Amsterdam is an initiative of Otto Nan and Suzanne Oxenaar, initiators of Lloyd Hotel & Cultural Embassy and Llove Hotel in Tokyo.
